About Judy

Judy has been an active realtor since 1983 assisting numerous buyers and sellers. She has been a consistent award winner with her previous company, Prudential California Realty, throughout the years. She is currently working in an exciting environment at Keller Williams Realty. Having moved to Encinitas in North San Diego County at a young age, her extensive knowledge of various areas of San Diego County has been very valuable to clients relocating to the area. She and her first husband founded a company called Evergreen Nursery in North San Diego County so she has seen the area grow over the years. Her high level of service and professionalism has gained respect from both clients and her peers. Besides the Prudential Awards and certifications that she has held, Judy is a Certified Relocation Specialist, National Association of Realtors E-Pro, and has a Master's Degree in Education. She is constantly furthering her education in the real estate industry. Judy currently resides in Ranch Santa Fe, California with her husband, daughter, mother, two dogs, two goats, and several chickens.

WHY JUDY SHOULD BE YOUR REALTOR

Judy has assisted many buyers and sellers from varied backgrounds and needs and works equally as well with first time home buyers to clients desiring higher end properties. Buyers relocating to San Diego benefit by her longevity in the real estate industry and also being a long time (almost native) resident of San Diego County. She has helped many sellers from luxury properties to helping and counseling sellers in distressed situations. She is patient and thorough with her clients, perhaps stemming from her educational background. She has represented buyers and sellers from many areas of the county and since her office is in the coastal northern part of San Diego, she is able to branch out in many directions. She is a great resource for Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe, Encinitas, and Carlsbad. She also services clients in the inland corridor of north San Diego County.
